Although there are various techniques to see 3D images, such as the stereoscope, the colored glasses, and more (and of course is related to the method of producing it), for the images you see in the work of R. Vargas, you can use the blur/focus method, that does not require any kind of device, only your eyes.
Start with the very first work in the gallery at home page. It's usually easier.
Move your eyes as close to the image as needed to lose focus;
Slowly, back off your look until you see a figure (or some circles or squares) coming off from the image;
This can happen at a distance of about half a meter, although it can vary from person to person, and also depends on your vision acuracy.
For some people, it will take some time untill to be able to see perfectly the 3D figure.
Take your time, try everyday if you want.
As soon as you are able to see the 3D image in one work, it will be easier to find it in the other images.
